About One Tap Hero
Five giant bosses, four heroes and exactly one button. In One Tap Hero your hero runs around a round arena on their own, and every tap means one thing: jump.
Each boss attacks in its own element. The Inferno King throws rings of fire and flaming rocks, the Tide Oracle sends curling waves along the track, the Thorn Colossus bursts roots out of the ground, the Storm Roc strikes lightning marks in rhythm, and the Void Warden throws everything at once. Every danger is visible on the track before it can hurt you, and live dangers glow red.
Between attacks, grab the glowing shards. Five of them charge your power move: the boss is stunned, a golden launch pad appears, and your hero flies straight at the boss's core. Empty the health bar to win and unlock the next boss, and a new hero with their own rule and power move.
Fights are short and punchy, which makes One Tap Hero a great game for a quick break on your phone, Chromebook or computer.
How to play
- Your hero runs around the arena on their own.
- Tap anywhere (or press Space) to jump. A tap always means jump, nothing else.
- Jump over everything the boss throws at you. Each hit costs a heart.
- Grab the glowing shards. Low rows you run straight through; arcs above your head you jump into. 5 shards charge your power move.
- When your strike is charged the boss is stunned and a golden launch pad appears ahead. Jump from the pad to fly at the boss's core.
- Empty the boss's health bar to win. Lose all your hearts and the fight is over.
Each fight gives up to three stars: win, lose at most one heart, or take no hits at all.

Tips & tricks
- Every danger shows first. Shockwaves, rocks, roots and lightning marks all appear on the track before they can hurt you. Watch the ground, not the boss.
- Jump the danger, grab the prize. Rocks and roots often come with an arc of shards above them. Clearing the danger collects the arc.
- Collect a whole pattern for a "PERFECT!" sparkle.
- Root fields are long. Jump right at the first crack.
- Double shockwaves: jump, land, jump again.
- After every strike you turn around. Arrows on the track show the new direction.
- Pick the right hero: Nyx's double jump saves you from tight combos, Bramble's shield forgives the first hit in each phase, and Zephyr pulls in shards from farther away.
