Using the site

You may play the games on the site for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please don't try to disrupt the site, get around its security, copy the games to host them elsewhere, or use automated tools to access it in a way that harms other players.

Our games and content

The games, artwork, music, text and logos on the site belong to SalutGames and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may share links to our pages freely.

Free games

Free games can be played without an account and are supported by advertising.

Premium games and payments

• Premium games are sold as a one-time purchase per game. Prices are shown on each game and on our pricing page, in US dollars; taxes are added at checkout where required.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
• A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to play that game on salutgames.net, on any device where you sign in to your account, including future updates to that game. It does not transfer ownership of the game or its content.
• You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase - see our refund policy.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make a purchase.

Advertising and links

The site shows ads from third parties and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the games fun and the site running, but they are provided "as is". We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free, and saved progress can be lost if browser data is cleared.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SalutGames is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
