Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

This policy has two parts: our website, and our mobile games on Google Play and the App Store.Using our mobile games? Jump to part 2 ↓

Part 1 — Website (salutgames.net)

SalutGames (salutgames.net) is operated by Abdelilah Marrouss, Morocco, who is responsible for your information. Contact: [email protected].

This policy explains what information SalutGames ("we", "us") collects when you visit salutgames.net and play our games, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run and improve the site.

Information we collect

When you visit and play

  • An anonymous visitor ID — a random code stored in your browser's local storage. It lets us count visits and plays without knowing who you are.
  • Usage information — pages you view, games you start, how long you play, the website that referred you, your device type and browser, and your approximate country. We work out the country from your IP address at the moment of the visit; we do not store your IP address.
  • Game progress — your stars, levels and settings are saved in your own browser. They are not sent to us.

When you give it to us

  • Email list — if you join our list, we store your email address, the date, where on the site you signed up, your approximate country and the consent you gave.
  • Contact form — your name, email address and message.
  • Account — if you sign in or buy a premium game, we keep your email address, your approximate country, when you signed in and which games you own. Sign-in codes are sent by email through our email provider, Resend. You don't need an account to play free games.
  • Purchases — premium games are sold through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details directly; we never see or store your card number. We receive your name, email address, country and what you bought, so we can give you access to the game and help with support. See Paddle's privacy notice.

How we use information

  • To run the site and the games, and to fix problems.
  • To understand which games people enjoy so we can make better ones.
  • To send news about new games to people who asked for it. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
  • To reply to messages you send us.
  • To give you the premium games you bought on every device where you sign in, and to send you sign-in codes you ask for.
  • To show advertising that keeps the games free (see below).

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn more and control personalised ads at Google Ads Settings and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.

Meta Pixel on our Studio pages

On the SalutGames Studio pages (salutgames.net/studio and its sub-pages) we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show them to people who are likely to be interested. They are not used on our game pages.

  • What we share: the Studio pages you view, when you start a chat, and when you confirm a quote request, together with technical data (IP address, browser type and Meta's cookie IDs).
  • For a confirmed quote request we also share your email address, hashed (turned into an unreadable code) before it leaves our server, so Meta can match the request to its users. We never share what you wrote in your request or in the chat.
  • In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland this only happens if you agree in our consent message. To change your choice, clear this site's cookies and the message will ask you again.
  • You can control how Meta uses this information in your Facebook ad preferences and read Meta's privacy policy.

Age

Our site and games are intended for people aged 13 and over and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information such as email addresses from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us their email address, please contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep information

Usage statistics are kept for up to 26 months. Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.

Your choices and rights

  • You can clear your browser's site data at any time; this removes your visitor ID and your saved game progress.
  • You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email we send.
  • Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and our systems are protected with access controls. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Part 2 — Mobile games (Google Play and App Store)

Effective 7 August 2026, updated 25 September 2026.

This part applies to all mobile games and applications published by SalutGames (each an "app" or "game"), including those listed under our developer account on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. It explains what information our games collect, how it is used, and your choices.

We design our games to need as little personal data as possible. You do not create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or precise (GPS) location.

Not every feature described below is present in every game: an app only collects what its features need (for example, some games show ads and some do not). Each app's data practices are also declared in its store "Data safety" or "App privacy" listing.

1. Information we collect

Collected automatically (analytics). Our games may use Google Firebase / Google Analytics to understand how a game is used so we can improve it. This is pseudonymous and not tied to your real-world identity:

  • App usage and gameplay events: starting or finishing a level or run, scores and progress, modes or features used, and virtual in-game purchases and unlocks.
  • Device and technical information: device model, operating-system version, app version, language, and country or region.
  • Approximate location: country or region only, derived from your IP address. We do not collect GPS or precise location.
  • A pseudonymous app-instance identifier generated by Firebase.
  • Crash and diagnostic information if the app crashes.

Advertising (in games that show ads). Some of our games display ads through Google AdMob and its mediation partners, such as Liftoff (Vungle). The ad providers may collect and process a device advertising identifier (such as the Google Advertising ID), device and network information, and general ad-interaction data, to serve and measure ads under their own privacy policies. Games that do not show ads do not use an advertising identifier. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.

Stored only on your device. Your in-game progress, such as coins, unlocks, items, settings and best scores, is stored locally on your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

What we do not collect. Your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, messages, microphone, camera or precise location.

2. How we use information

  • Operate, maintain and improve our games.
  • Understand which features players enjoy and balance gameplay.
  • Diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
  • Display and measure ads where applicable.
  • Monitor aggregate, anonymous usage trends.

We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.

3. Third-party services

4. Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information may be processed by the service providers above to provide their services, and may be disclosed if required by law, regulation or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our users or us.

5. Data retention

Firebase analytics data is kept for the period set in our analytics settings (Google offers up to 14 months for event and user-level data); after that it is deleted or aggregated automatically. Game progress stored on your device stays there until you delete it or uninstall the app.

6. Age

All our games are intended for players aged 13 and over. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA or UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not collect information that directly identifies you, we may be unable to find data about a specific person. You can:

  • Stop future analytics collection by uninstalling the app (this does not delete data already collected).
  • Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
  • Email [email protected] to request access to, or deletion of, data associated with your device.

8. Security

We rely on industry-standard protections provided by Google's infrastructure, including HTTPS/TLS in transit and encryption at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited data involved.

9. International data transfers

Our service providers may process and store data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards under those providers' terms.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use our games after a change means you accept the updated policy.
