This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and applications published by SalutGames Studio (each, an “app” or “game”), including—but not limited to—those listed under our developer account on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. It explains what information our games collect, how it is used, and your choices.
We design our games to require as little personal data as possible. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise (GPS) location.
Note: Not every feature described below is present in every game. A given app only collects what is needed for the features it actually includes—for example, some games display ads and some do not. Each app’s specific data practices are also declared in its store “Data Safety” or “App Privacy” listing.
1. Information We Collect
Information collected automatically (analytics)
Our games may use Google Firebase / Google Analytics to understand how a game is used so we can improve it. This is collected in a pseudonymous form and is not tied to your real-world identity:
- App usage and gameplay events: starting or finishing a level or run, scores and progress, modes or features used, and virtual in-game purchases and unlocks.
- Device and technical information: device model, operating-system version, app version, language, and country or region.
- Approximate location: country or region level only, derived from your IP address. We do not collect GPS or precise location.
- A pseudonymous app-instance identifier generated by Firebase.
- Crash and diagnostic information if the app crashes.
Advertising (in games that show ads)
Some of our games may display advertisements through Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Where ads are shown, the ad provider may collect and process:
- A device advertising identifier, such as the Google Advertising ID.
- Device or network information and general ad-interaction data.
This information is used to serve and measure advertisements. Ad partners process it under their own privacy policies. Games that do not display ads do not use an advertising identifier. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device’s system settings.
Information stored only on your device
Your in-game progress—such as coins, unlocks, items, settings, and best scores—is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, messages, microphone, camera, or precise location.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above only to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve our games.
- Understand which features players enjoy and balance gameplay.
- Diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
- Display and measure advertisements where applicable.
- Monitor aggregate, anonymous usage trends.
We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
3. Third-Party Services
Our games may rely on the following services, which process data under their own privacy terms:
- Google Firebase / Google Analytics privacy policy
- Google AdMob advertising policy for ad-supported games
- How Google uses data from apps that use its services
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information may be processed by the service providers described above to provide their services. It may also be disclosed if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or us.
5. Data Retention
Analytics data collected through Firebase is retained for the period configured in our analytics settings. Google offers retention periods of up to 14 months for event and user-level data. After that period, it is automatically deleted or aggregated. Locally stored game progress remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our games are general-audience titles and are not directed at children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will request its deletion.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live—for example, the EEA or UK under GDPR or California under CCPA/CPRA—you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to certain processing. Because we do not collect information that directly identifies you, we may be unable to locate data about a specific individual. You can:
- Stop future analytics collection by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling stops further collection but does not automatically delete data already collected. Email us to request deletion of previously collected data.
- Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
- Contact us at hello@salutgames.com with a privacy request, including a request to access or delete data associated with your device.
8. Security
We rely on industry-standard measures provided by Google’s infrastructure to protect data in transit through HTTPS/TLS and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard the limited data involved.
9. International Data Transfers
Our service providers may process and store data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards under those providers’ terms.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of our games after changes means you accept the updated policy.
