Gravity Games

Flip gravity or turn the whole room, and watch everything fall the new way.

Free gravity games

In a gravity game, gravity itself is what you control. Instead of jumping, you change which way is "down", and the puzzle is working out where everything will fall. The two gravity games on this page do it in two different ways, and both are free in your browser with no download.

Gravibot: flip gravity

The robot in Gravibot can't jump. It flips gravity instead and walks on the ceiling, so every room is a small puzzle about when to flip. There are 28 rooms across 7 sectors of a space station, with timed lasers, lifts, crates that fall with you, warp gates and crumbling platforms. Hold Shift or C for the chrono brake, which slows time to 40% for the tight moments. The Gravibot guide goes through every sector, and every Gravibot room is beatable shows how each room is checked before release.

Gravity Lab: turn the whole room

In Gravity Lab you don't move the ball, you turn the room. Every move rotates the lab 90° left or right, and Orbi the robot ball and every crate fall to the new "down". There are 60 labs in three wings with portals, pressure plates and lasers, and each wing ends with a boss you beat by dropping crates on it. Every lab has a par, the shortest solution found by a solver, and matching it earns three stars. The Gravity Lab guide explains each wing and boss.

Tips for gravity games

  • Think about everything that falls. In both games, crates fall with gravity too. Work out where they'll land before you flip or turn.
  • Crates are tools. Park one on a pressure plate to hold a door open, or in a laser beam to block it. In Gravity Lab, only a falling crate can break glass.
  • Plan before you leave the ground. In Gravibot you can only flip while standing on something.

More puzzle games

Both games are also in puzzle games, and Gravibot is one of the puzzle platformer games.
