Capybara Grow is a cheerful animal puzzle about combining matching creatures and discovering what comes next. The rules are quick to learn, but planning a clean board is what turns a good run into a great one.
The basic rule: match identical animals
Place matching animals together to create the next animal in the chain. Every successful merge clears space while moving you closer to the level goal. Before committing a move, scan the whole board: a useful match now can open a second match immediately afterward.
Read the goal before your first move
Each puzzle has a destination. Identify the requested animal or objective, then work backward. If the target needs two advanced animals, preserve enough space to build both branches. Random merging can fill the board with isolated pieces that cannot help one another.
Keep one flexible area
Try to leave a corner or row open as a working zone. Use it to hold new pieces, assemble pairs, and trigger chain reactions. Avoid scattering the same animal across opposite sides of the board unless the layout gives you a clear route to reconnect them.

A simple first-session checklist
- Check the goal and locate every existing pair.
- Merge from the most crowded area first.
- Keep related animals close together.
- Protect at least one open working area.
- Pause before the final move of a chain and check what it will create.
Once those habits feel natural, continue with our seven merge tips and explore the full animal progression guide.
